Having appropriate support after your child is born is as important as giving birth itself; the birth of a baby lasts a few hours, but the birth of a mother takes months, sometimes years!

By preparing for the postpartum period, you can enjoy the process of how your beliefs are going to change when it comes to how mothers should be/act/feel rather than feeling stagnated in old paradigms.

Why should I be the one helping you to go through this massive transition? I have worked as an Ayurvedic practitioner for the last 10 years, caring for people in retreats, health clinics and at home. I was trained by the two main doula institutions in Australia (Celebration of Birth Doula Academy and Newborn Mothers Collective) and Certified Infant Massage Instructor by the Infant Massage Association (IMA). One of my biggest passions is to help people enjoy being on their skin, through a balanced and mindful lifestyle. I am a mother of two little children, who keep me very down-to-earth at all times. Both my postpartum periods were extremely hard, which made me passionate about creating a safe and loving space for mothers to be themselves, without judgement, and give them the support they need to find their unique way to connect with baby.

We are perfect for each other if you understand that postpartum is a restoration period, if you want to feel calm and connected with your body and heart after birth - as well as connected with your baby and your partner- and if you want the days and months after birthing your baby to be enjoyable.
