I am a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, trained as a postpartum doula by the two main certifiers in Australia (Doula Academy and Newborn Mothers Collective). I have had two beautiful pregnancies and uncomplicated births, but two extremely hard postpartums - which is what makes me so passionate about supporting new mothers so they don’t learn about motherhood in such a painful way.

My mission is to make a new mother’s life easier by filling the gap between all the practical and emotional needs of a woman during the biggest and most meaningful transformation of her life.
